Job Title:

Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and ordering of raw materials to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards
  • Ensure customer response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and material availability
  • Achieve and maintain service level targets
  • Obsolescence review and manage inventory at risk assessment
  • Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required
  • Work with STP to resolve vendor/affiliate issues
  • Evaluate and validate material requirements and release PR
  • Monitor MRP exception messages
  • Escalate supply issues ensuring service is not impacted
  • Order Confirmations within agreed Service Level (48hrs)
  • Support mass replacement of RM/ingredients
  • Support compliance management of controlled substances
  • Handle short-term enquiries from customers/sales

Professional Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a role that services customers
  • Previous experience working in supply chain will be highly regarded

Technical Skills:

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP or Order Entry Systems
  • Tech Savvy - Able to learn new technology quickly
  • Basic Inventory Management knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
  • Google Suite (Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets)
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Understanding of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology will be advantageous
