Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to clients in need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments of clients' presenting concerns and related risk
- Provide short-term solution-focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve them
- Offer counseling services to individuals with various presenting issues, including mental, emotional, lifestyle management, and work-life concerns
- Work autonomously with clients while ensuring best practice in client work
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling)
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment and assessment
