We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in providing specialist occupational therapy services to clients with complex mental health needs.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse range of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and community reintegration. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and supporting clients' journey towards independence and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on topics such as coping skills, stress management, and healthy habits.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Proven experience working with clients with mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
