The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of projects within the Power & Utilities division. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and their operational and support teams, reporting to the Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for project operations and compliance.
- Provide subject guidance on all project QA/QC matters.
- Develop and lead the QA/QC team.
- Develop, enforce and maintain project Quality Management Systems, including site quality inspections plan in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Monitor project quality related activities and documentation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project key stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years QA/QC position working within the energy sector (highly desirable within the renewable sector).
- Tertiary qualification (engineering).
- Proficient skillset with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, installation project quality management.
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Good communication, report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skillset.
- Lead/Internal auditor (desirable).
- Lean/Six Sigma qualification (desirable).
