The Power & Utilities division delivers solutions for the Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Industries, including project certification and design verification, site assessment, grid connection support, supply chain quality management, project management assistance, construction supervision, as well as condition monitoring and asset management solutions.
The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of projects within the Power & Utilities division. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and their operational and support teams, reporting to the Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for project operations and compliance.
- Provide subject guidance on all project QA/QC matters.
- Develop and lead the QA/QC team.
- Develop, enforce and maintain project Quality Management Systems, including site quality inspections plan in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Monitor project quality related activities and documentation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project key stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years QA/QC position working within the energy sector (highly desirable within the renewable sector).
- Tertiary qualification (engineering).
- Proficient skillset with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, installation project quality management.
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Good communication, report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skillset.
- Lead/Internal auditor (desirable).
- Lean/Six Sigma qualification (desirable).
