You will work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation, manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.

- Work, health, and safety management
Operational Management
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
Guest Experience and Service Excellence
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implementing and maintaining high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
- Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
Team Management and Development
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant and bar Team Members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Approved Manager
- Strong understanding of Liquor Act and WA legislations
- Hospitality and supervisory experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive team player, responsible, organized, and self-motivated
- Patient, proactive, and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and eager for knowledge, wanting to develop hotel/hospitality career
