Store Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced retail professional to take charge of our store in Canberra.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of sales associates, driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently upheld, creating memorable shopping experiences for customers.
  • Develop effective merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation, drive sales, and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations, with knowledge of best practices in these areas.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
