Job Overview

A Retail Store Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a customer-focused store atmosphere.
  • Help develop team members through training and mentorship.
  • Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store's organization and appearance.
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment that motivates team members.
  • Manage rosters effectively to ensure the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail leadership or supervision.
  • A passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to drive sales and help team members achieve success.
  • Visual merchandising skills are a plus, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume business is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
