About the Role:

  • BUILD strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients
  • Reverse market clients to employers
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes
  • Create and nurture relationships with community stakeholders to grow our clientele

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment
  • Evaluate client needs and develop personalized plans to achieve employment goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
