We are seeking a skilled Employment Opportunities Specialist to join our team.
The role involves building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients, reverse marketing clients to employers, placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes, and creating and nurturing relationships with community stakeholders to build our clientele.
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;

- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Key skills include being happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, demonstrated ability to market our services and clients to local businesses, confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers, experience in customer service or a client facing role, minimum one year's experience, ideally demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges, and hold a current Drivers Licence.
