Job Description:

Store Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They play a key role in our ongoing success, collaborating closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Our store team members rely on their ability to coach effective selling and customer service skills. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-performing team environment.

About the Role

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop store team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher retail management position.
  • Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions that support business growth.
