Job Title: Production Systems Lead

A high-achieving systems professional will oversee live trading systems teams, owning incident response and continuous reliability enhancements. This role drives automation, observability, and proactive monitoring to minimize manual intervention, while collaborating with developers, traders, and infrastructure specialists.

  • Lead a production engineering team managing live trading systems across global markets
  • Owning incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in production systems management, SRE, or trading systems support

- Proven track record of hands-on experience with incident management and automation in mission-critical environments

- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring and growing technical teams

- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize for performance
