Job Description:

This position involves providing administrative support for the full leasing cycle, including market research and analysis, database management and preparation of leasing submissions.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support for the leasing cycle, including market research and analysis
  • Managing databases, including current appointments and lease expiries
  • Preparing leasing submissions and presentations, including digital design and content creation
  • Maintaining the CRM database and preparing weekly team meetings
  • Liaising with the head of department for invoicing and fee forecasting
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS office skills, including Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and customer focus
  • Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
