About the Role:

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will provide a professional, efficient, and reliable support service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate delivery of materials and equipment for operational utilization.

This role involves receiving materials, performing put-a-way, picking, packing, and dispatch activities accurately and efficiently. The Coordinator will also administer the warehouse process for refurbishment of inventory, organize logistics for dispatch of materials, and maintain accuracy of inventory held within the warehouse.

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3+ years' experience in a similar position with intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & Outlook. Relevant ERP experience – SAP, JDE, Pronto or Jobpac – is necessary. A current forklift ticket and driver's license are required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, time/deadline management, and work planning skills are essential. You must be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
