Job Title: Child Care Centre Leader

About Us:

We are a Victorian-based, family-owned business that is passionate about early childhood education. Our centres are equipped with CCTV and we have a strict no mobile phone policy in all classrooms to support a safe and transparent environment.

Our Approach:

We provide quality child care and interactive learning experiences for children aged six months to six years. Our educational program is structured around the Montessori pillars and aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your Role:

You will lead our centre team and inspire us to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for managing a budget, building and maintaining utilisation, and ensuring compliance with national quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant childcare course
  • Experience in a management role, particularly in roster management and customer service
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team
  • Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
