Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team of experts in Abuse Law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
  • Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
  • Keep in view the wider perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
  • Take on a leadership role through mentoring and guiding junior colleagues.
  • Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 Years PQE practicing as an Australian Lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws and experience in Family Law, Criminal or Personal Injury with specific exposure gained working on Abuse Law matters.
  • Professional Acumen - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach.
  • Enthusiastic and desire to get stuck into novel and complex projects.
  • You must be committed to working collaboratively with your team to achieve the best outcome for the client.
