We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Pharmacist to join our team at Latrobe Regional Hospital. As a key member of our Pharmacy Department, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients across our health services in Morwell, Leongatha, and Korumburra.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Pharmacist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing expert clinical advice and medication management services to patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication chart review and clinical advice, to patients across our health services.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements
- Registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist, without restriction.
- Experience as a Grade 2 Hospital Pharmacist across a broad range of areas, including surgical, medical, rehab, mental health, and oncology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
