Hospitality Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team at our Traralgon care home. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the care home, including catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents.
- Perform laundry duties, including loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, and ironing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, food service, or cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
