  3. Performance Monitoring: The incumbent will monitor and evaluate staff performance, addressing any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
  4. Team Culture: By fostering a cohesive and supportive team culture, the team lead will promote collaboration and innovation within the team.
  5. Recruitment and Training: Overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and professional supervision is crucial to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding services.
  6. Workplace Health and Safety: Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety protocols is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
