About the Position:

We are seeking an empathetic and reliable individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. This position involves providing assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility to ensure the well-being and dignity of our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal grooming and hygiene
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transferring them safely
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Monitoring client health and reporting any changes to management
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged care is preferred but not essential
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide high-quality care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification to ensure client safety
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
