Job Title

A dynamic and compassionate Residential Care Worker is required to join our dedicated team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment and promoting positive family relationships.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team that values diversity and promotes inclusion. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be part of a high-performing Support Team working towards delivering a positive customer experience to those in our care.

  2. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Provide direct care to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
    2. Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification.
    2. Valid Australian full driver's licence for the state of employment.
    3. Working rights in Australia.
