Environmental Manager Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • This position involves driving structure and visibility across complex release schedules, refresh cycles, and environment bookings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in IT program delivery and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Environment Planning: Develop and maintain detailed environment refresh schedules and support data coordination across teams.

Manage Connectivity Requirements: Coordinate and govern environment booking processes, ensuring fairness and operational efficiency.

Release Process Management: Oversee the release process into test environments, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with architects, developers, test managers, and program leads to ensure environment availability meets project timelines.

Risk Identification: Identify risks or issues with environment conflicts and proactively drive resolution.

Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT program delivery, ideally within large-scale transformation environments.

Skills: Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ability to understand complex environment dependencies.
