Production Leadership Role

We are currently seeking a production supervisor to manage and coordinate production processes and activities at our refinery.

  • Manage, review and direct the overall performance of a team consisting of operators and process controllers.
  • Provide support to the team by troubleshooting productivity issues and finding solutions.
  • Responsible for allocating tasks based on crew skillset and fostering a strong team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, safety standards and cost-efficient practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Progression towards a leadership certificate (desirable)
  • High level tagging experience - lock out tag out verification (desirable for production/refining areas)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mining, production or refining environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process/production operational activities
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills with experience in coaching individuals and developing inclusive teams
  • Excellent safety leadership with an absolute commitment to maintaining a health and safety culture
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation and collaboration skills
