Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Network Business Systems Officer.

This is a permanent role that requires the input, quality, integrity, and validity of data for the efficient operation of PowerOn systems by users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex electricity network diagrams, symbols, component attributes, and data associated with network changes and information collection processes.

They will also undertake cross-systems verification work to deliver data improvement works that identify and correct data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and voids.

  • Creating and maintaining the accuracy of electricity system connectivity and data in multiple business systems.
  • Processing construction plans, schematics, maps, data capture forms, and other documents associated with electricity network changes.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder skills, logical thinking, and exceptional time management skills to ensure business targets are met.

A Certificate IV in Surveying and Spatial Information Services is essential for this role.

About You

You will have experience in interpreting design construction drawings and NAR submissions outlining changes to the network in preparation for the update of the PowerOn DMS system.

You will also have the ability to check network diagrams, electrical schematic drawings, maps, and associated symbology related to an energy distribution environment.
