As a junior or senior lawyer, you will work alongside two market-leading partners, Sarah Yu and Nathan Hodge, and be part of a high-performing team that advises major banks and wealth management institutions, super funds, insurers, investment managers, and administrators.
Our team is established, growing, and collegiate, and we have a strong focus on client service and relationship development. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions and advisory projects, including:
- Transactions: share sales, SFTs, insurance schemes, and other complex transactions
- Advisory: optimising organisational structures, governance, product lifecycle, arrangements with service providers, regulatory developments, technology, operational and disclosure, investments, financial advice, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution
We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where they will be learning and doing a variety of work, including advisory, drafting, and transactional work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with specialists from other practice groups across the firm.
