Early Learning Leader

This role involves overseeing the delivery of educational programs to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards, conducting regular audits to maintain high-quality care.
  • Support staff training and development, promoting a collaborative culture and mentoring leadership skills.
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with curriculum objectives, leveraging resources for individual child development.
  • Maintain accurate records, upholding confidentiality and handling communications professionally.
  • Build relationships with parents, addressing concerns and promoting community involvement.
  • Assist in managing resources efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and adhering to budgets.
  • Develop emergency response skills, prioritizing safety during crises and communicating feedback or concerns effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current police check, drivers license, proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of National Law, National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Minimum of Diploma of Children's Services qualification, current first aid qualification including anaphylaxis and asthma.
  • Child safe accredited training, food safety supervisor qualification.
