  • Ensure compliance with ASQA/NZQA standards and internal quality frameworks across all training initiatives.
  • Manage training documentation and invoicing processes, maintaining accuracy and adherence to organisational policies.

About the Requirements:

This role requires a unique blend of skills and experience in emergency response environments, business administration, training or equivalent. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as proficiency in LMS, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools like Power BI.
