Job Summary

The NRMA is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to drive sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rental agreements and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Sell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate fleet management and optimize vehicle utilization
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage to maintain high-quality standards
  • Deliver vehicles between locations to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work during trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred)
  • Current unrestricted Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
