New City Contracting Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade management, construction supervision, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate trade activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Motivate and supervise subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report to Site Superintendents.
- Troubleshoot common construction problems and implement solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman or construction supervisor.
- First Aid Ticket Level 1 or 2 is preferred.
- Proven trade experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, or related fields.
- Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
- Ability to interpret construction documents, including drawings, plans, and schedules.
- Commitment to job site safety and project quality.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills.
