Lead Entertainment Manager

FRIDAYS, a vibrant riverside rooftop bar, seeks an experienced and dynamic Lead Entertainment Manager to spearhead our entertainment team. This is your chance to take the reins of one of the city's most lively venues.

We're looking for an individual who can craft exceptional customer experiences at a premium level. A successful candidate will have the ability to execute activations, foster relationships with DJs & promoters, and grow their team.

As Lead Entertainment Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We need someone with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in nurturing strong management teams.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary Range $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • KPI Bonus Up to $44,000 P/A
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing hospitality business with international opportunities.
  • Auotonomous role with comprehensive support from central and on-the-ground teams.
  • Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and counting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar management role
  • Proven track record in event programming
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Budget oversight experience
  • Knowledge of relevant hospitality-related legislation
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Commitment to high professional, ethical standards and diversity.
