Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our service department team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and providing them with information about available services.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers while ensuring they are informed of any delays or changes to their appointment times.
  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers in compliance with industry regulations and government laws.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with automotive software preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty regulations is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday working hours.
