We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

This is a casual position, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our other Customer Service Officers and Duty Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth running of the facility.

Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with solutions for their inquiries and needs
- Conduct centre tours for prospective members
- Follow up with customers as required
- Promote available programs and services
- Accurately process and balance customer payments

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
