Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at the Oaks Grand Gladstone Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth in our gaming lounge and Grand Pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive food and beverage sales and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate and execute conference and functions packages to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential and provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including responsible service of alcohol and gaming.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, gaming, and conference and events management.
