Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the team to complete tasks in a safe environment, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Safety and Compliance: Foster a strong sense of safety and chain of responsibility within the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including team training, task prioritization, and resource planning.
- Process Improvement: Develop warehouse processes and training materials, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
- Resource Planning: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly resource planning, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure warehouse tasks (inbound, pick, stage, and despatch) are executed in the correct order, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Automated Systems: Oversee operations in an automated ASRS environment, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and processes.
About You
We are looking for a driven and adaptable Supply Chain expert with a strong background in planning, scheduling, and supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or a fast-paced Distribution Centre, with a proven track record of driving excellence and improving processes. You will be a strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
