At the forefront of a transformative financial landscape, we're seeking an accomplished Director to spearhead business partnerships and ecosystem growth.
About This OpportunityThis role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic initiative's success by leading high-impact collaborations across DeFi and core onchain use cases.
As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to roadmap discussions, use case design, and product requirement documents, providing valuable insights to drive innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to propel our mission forward.
- Cultivate strong relationships with protocol leaders, founders, and C-level stakeholders, navigating complex conversations to drive mutual success.
To excel in this position, you'll bring:
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles.
- At least 3 years of expertise in a crypto-native environment.
- A proven track record of structuring and executing impactful deals in DeFi or related verticals.
Prior experience scaling onchain ecosystems or developing GTM strategies would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with builder enablement tools, such as grants, dev onboarding, and liquidity incentives, is also desirable.
This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates, providing a clear path to career growth and development.
