Female Support Worker Job Description:

 

The role of a Female Support Worker involves providing individualized support to participants, helping them gain confidence and independence. This is a key member position in our team, requiring exceptional service and support for clients with mental health needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking and personal care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress
  • Work collaboratively with the client's support network to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide individualized support to participants to help them gain confidence and independence

 

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Reliable car with full comprehensive insurance and a valid driver's license
  • Police Check (within last 12 months)
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules
  • Flexible and compassionate individual with emotional intelligence and resilience

 

Working Hours:

2 hours on Fridays with possible extension
