Job Opportunity

A seasoned professional is required to oversee 50-60 complex workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of NSW workers' compensation legislation, acts, and guidelines, enabling them to apply them practically to deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities encompass determining liability, issuing appropriate notifications, coordinating medical assessments, and rehabilitation services, as well as liaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes.

  • Managing complex workers' compensation claims end-to-end
