About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Applications Manager to join our team at Dnata Travel Group.

This role is based at our headquarters in the Gold Coast, with the flexibility to work from our project site offices in Brisbane or Coolangatta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the suite of applications and systems used by all Dnata Travel Group entities.
  • Work closely with business operational stakeholders, vendors, support partners, and technical systems administrators to ensure applications are available and meet business requirements.
  • Ensure all business applications are maintained, supported, secure, and up-to-date, including their integrations and data, ensuring business continuity at all times.
  • Triage all application technical service and enhancement requests, deciding whether to address them internally or escalate them to the support partner.
  • Provide necessary documentation such as business requirements and business cases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Application Manager.
  • Experience with vendor engagement and service delivery.
  • Digital technology experience and understanding of ERPs and workforce planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
  • Project related experience, working on projects affecting business processes, with the ability to assist in process improvements.
