Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Shift Manager to join our team at Zone Bowling Garden City Bowl. As a Lead Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue during peak periods, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
