  • Administration Assistant: Providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and filing.

  • Receptionist: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing front-desk duties.

Requirements

  • Administration Assistant:
    • Solid experience in administration, preferably in an office environment.
    • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Officer:
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Entry Clerk:
    • Accuracy and attention to detail when entering data.
    • Familiarity with database software and spreadsheets.
    • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Human Resources Officer/Advisor:
    • Proven track record in HR, preferably in recruitment, training, and development.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
