Front of House Administrator

We are a leading superannuation fund, dedicated to helping our members achieve their best possible retirement outcome. Our People and Culture team delivers the Fund's people experience and governance, talent management, resourcing and rewards activities with integrity and energy.

This role supports the front of house operations for our Sydney office and various administrative tasks as required.

  • Ensuring an efficient and well-maintained reception area.
  • Setting up meeting rooms for both internal and external visitors, including setting up and testing video conferencing facilities for meetings.
  • Providing effective support services to staff in the Sydney office through organization of meetings and teleconferences, distribution of agendas and minutes, conference attendance, catering, travel arrangements, expense management, maintenance of filing systems, correspondence, invoicing and liaison with staff.

This role works closely with all offices to help embed a "one fund" view and culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front of house role, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Relationship Management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the Sydney office, including maintaining accurate records, managing calendars and coordinating meetings.

Reception Services: Ensure the reception area is welcoming and efficiently managed, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.

Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of information.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using initiative and problem-solving skills to find solutions.

Requirements:

Skills: Previous experience in a front of house role, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Relationship Management tools.

Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
