Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain operations in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:
  • Oversee DIFOT aspects of indent/seasonal & replenishment business, focusing on delivery performance, COGS reduction, and stock turns.
  • Manage relationships between supply and sales teams to deliver the right outcome for the business.
  • Responsibility for internal manufacturing processes.
  • Lead a team responsible for brand focus, working with divisional managers to ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and meet design, quality, and cost specifications.
  • Oversee relationships between brand, design, ROH, and Hanes PDS.
  • Travel to strategic suppliers to drive best-in-class practices and returns.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive supply/manufacturing experience in a similar role, including dealing with factories to execute strategies.
  • Constructive leadership style with the ability to stretch boundaries.
  • Stakeholder management, including communicating, influencing, and interacting with people at different levels and cultures.
  • Sound negotiation and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement/lean thinking mindset.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on big picture and future thinking.
