Senior Marketing Manager, Strategy

About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager, Strategy will play a key role in driving business growth and customer acquisition for CommBank's Consumer Finance portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth, with a focus on customer insights and data-driven decision making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement customer value propositions, GTM strategies, and marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including above-the-line and below-the-line channels, to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the development of efficient, timely, and effective marketing communications that meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience in consumer financial services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership and planning capabilities, with experience working in fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Insight-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to use data to tell stories, influence decision making, and develop marketing initiatives that meet business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of ROI/ROMI and campaign metrics.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving/growth mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
