We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Montessori Educational Leader. This role will involve inspiring, guiding, and mentoring a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care to children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
- Develop and implement educational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Recognized Montessori Diploma.
- ACECQA recognized qualification in addition to Montessori Diploma.
