About this RoleWe are seeking a senior leader with experience in school settings, including pre-school and primary education. The ideal candidate will have proven operational capabilities and change management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and enrich an existing culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and manage the Education Program
- Advance the Montessori philosophy and develop a high-performing team
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community
- Senior leadership experience in a school setting
- Proven operational capabilities and change management skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Deep commitment to student wellbeing, growth, and capability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
This is a full-time, permanent position. Relevant teaching qualifications are essential. Post-graduate qualifications in education or leadership will be highly regarded but not required.
