Team Leader Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our online counselling services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital support to clients who have been affected by cancer.

  • Lead a team of autonomous counsellors to deliver high-quality therapeutic and case management interventions.
  • Develop strategies to ensure access to needed supports for clients and their families.
  • Support the delivery of our organizational goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling.
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
