La L'Oréal Dermatológica Belleza División busca un profesional motivado y con experiencia en planificación de demanda y suministro para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. En este rol, usted jugará un papel crucial en garantizar el flujo óptimo de nuestros productos desde la fabricación hasta nuestros clientes valorados, contribuyendo directamente al éxito de marcas como La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy y SkinCeuticals.

SOBRE EL PUESTO

  • Desarrollar y mantener pronósticos estadísticos robustos para un portafolio de productos dentro de la División de Belleza Dermatológica.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de Ventas, Marketing y Finanzas para integrar inteligencia de mercado, actividades promocionales y lanzamientos de nuevos productos en el plan de demanda.
  • Analizar datos históricos, tendencias y dinámicas del mercado para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, recomendando ajustes para optimizar la precisión del pronóstico.
  • Identificar y evaluar de manera proactiva riesgos y oportunidades para el plan de demanda y proponer estrategias de mitigación.

Planificación de Suministro:

  • Colaborar con nuestras instalaciones de fabricación globales y equipos de logística para garantizar la producción y entrega oportuna y costo-efectiva de productos.
  • Analizar niveles de inventario, plazos de entrega y restricciones de capacidad para desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de suministro robusto que satisfaga la demanda mientras optimiza los niveles de inventario y costos.
  • Identificar y mitigar de manera proactiva riesgos potenciales en la cadena de suministro, incluyendo escasez de materiales, retrasos en la producción y interrupciones en la transportación.
  • Colaborar con socios interfuncionales para desarrollar y implementar soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia y la respuesta de la cadena de suministro.

Colaboración y Comunicación:

  • Actuar como punto de contacto principal para todas las consultas relacionadas con demanda y suministro de los socios internos.
  • Construir relaciones colaborativas sólidas con socios interfuncionales, fomentando una cultura de propiedad compartida y responsabilidad.
  • Liderar reuniones de revisión de demanda mensuales, presentando el desempeño del pronóstico, perspectivas e iniciativas de acción a la gerencia senior.
  • Comunicar de manera proactiva potenciales interrupciones en la cadena de suministro o riesgos y proponer soluciones para mitigar sus impactos.

Análisis de Rendimiento y Informes:

  • Seguir y analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con la precisión del pronóstico, niveles de inventario e entrega completa.
  • Preparar y presentar informes regulares a la gerencia, destacando tendencias clave, riesgos y oportunidades dentro de los procesos de planificación de demanda y suministro.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora continua y liderar iniciativas para optimizar los procesos de planificación y herramientas.

SOBRE TI

  • Experiencia comprobada de + años en planificación de demanda y/o suministro, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de cosméticos o bienes de consumo.
  • Habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas sólidas, con capacidad demostrada para interpretar datos, sacar conclusiones y hacer recomendaciones comerciales sólidas.
  • Competencia en software de planificación de demanda y pronóstico, así como en sistemas ERP (experiencia en SAP preferida).
  • Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales excelentes, con capacidad para construir relaciones e influir en socios en todos los niveles.
