About the Role

As a Resource Planner at Grace Worldwide, you will play a vital role in optimizing our operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize resource utilization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in resource planning or a related field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
