As an Operations Coordinator at Mastermyne, you will play a critical role in the coordination and delivery of specialist services throughout Queensland. Reporting to the Queensland Operations Manager, you will work closely with a close-knit team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, manage workforce, provide budget estimates, and report to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients to understand and deliver their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to ensure safety leadership and compliance with industry standards.
  • Procure and maintain products and stock, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong background in strata support, organizing, and supervising crews. You will need to have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude and be willing to lead by example with your crew. Quality, respect, mateship, and family hold true in our business, and we only seek people aligned with these same values.

  • Experience in strata support, organizing, and supervising crews.
  • Delivery of work that meets mine site requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent safety leadership and demonstrated underground coal mining experience.
  • Current Standard 11, QLD Coal Board Medical, Cert IV Trainer/Assessor, S123, and G2 qualifications.
