  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating your dedication to a flawless experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.

  • Prior experience as a cleaner or hotel attendant is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and team members feel at ease.
  • An eye for detail and efficient time management skills.
  • Able to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways, requiring moderate physical effort.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance for scheduled shifts.
