About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that involves leading and mentoring a team of clinicians. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to build and maintain a culture of success.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and promote a consultative approach to resident care planning and quality management activities;
  • Review Aged Care Funding Instrument data for accuracy and relevance before submission;
  • Monitor and review nursing practice procedures and clinical programs and initiatives;
  • Oversee and report resident/client documentation in accordance with organisational requirements;
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of clinical care by direct care staff in accordance with standards of practice and professional guidelines.

Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
  • Experience in managing and leading clinical care in the aged care sector;
  • Strong knowledge of the aged care accreditation system and compliance;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC;
  • Experience in educating, mentoring and motivating staff;
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain a National Police Screening Certificate.
